How it works
Four steps, few follow-up questions. The more complete your request, the faster the appointment is fixed.
The process
Request
We need: the language and, if known, the variety, date and time, location or way of working, occasion and field, expected duration, number of people involved and who covers the cost.
Confirmation
You receive a confirmation with the interpreter's name, the time window and the conditions. Only then is the appointment booked.
Assignment
On site, by video or by phone. On site the interpreter reports to the point you named.
Invoicing
After the assignment, to the body you named in your request as covering the cost.
Short notice and cancellations
Requests at short notice are possible and depend on the language. Frequently requested languages can be staffed the same day more often than rare ones.
Please cancel an appointment as soon as you know it will not happen. An interpreter who travels and stands in front of a closed door loses half a day.
